Luizão Seals Hammers Exit

Following the recent departures of Patrick Kelly and Sean Moore within the last three weeks, West Ham United have confirmed that Brazilian defender Luizão has now become the latest Development Squad player to leave the club.

Just like the other players mentioned above, his exit comes out of the blue. There was an agreement between all parties that the 23-year-old could depart from East London after two-and-a-half seasons in Stratford.

His last appearance came in Monday’s 1-0 home defeat to Nottingham Forest.
