Hammers To Face Cherries In Carabao Cup
The draw for the second round of the Carabao Cup was made on Wednesday night and West Ham United will face a home tie against fellow Premier League outfit AFC Bournemouth. the match will take place in the week beginning August 26.
The stand-out moment of West Ham’s run to the quarter-finals last time around was when David Moyes led his side to a 3-1 win over Arsenal in the fourth-round. However, there have been big changes in East London already this summer. The Hammers are now under new Head-Coach Julen Lopetegui and the Spaniard will be hoping to lead the team to success in 2025.
These two sides were knocked out by Liverpool last term and both will be hoping to progress further this time around.
