Another Outgoing At West Ham

After youngster Patrick Kelly left West Ham United for first-team football experience at Doncaster Rovers late on Thursday, another member of the club’s Development Squad departed Stratford today. Callum Marshall has headed out to join Sky Bet League One club Huddersfield Town on a season-long loan.

Just like teammate Kelly, the 19-year-old was part of the squad that new Hammers’ Head-Coach Julen Lopetegui selected for the recent Sunshine State Tour in the United States.

It is unlikely, given the timing of this deal going through, that new Terriers’ boss Michael Duff will include Marshall in his starting line-up for this weekend’s Sky Bet League One opener at Peterborough however, he may still be involved in the matchday squad.

There is the likelihood that there will be more developments in Stratford over the next few days. As soon as anything is confirmed, this site will provide details.
