FK TSC Bačka Topola Match Preview

In the last two European campaigns, West Ham United have qualified for the knockout stages by winning their group. A point against FK TSC Bačka Topola is all they need this evening and they will have achieved this aim for the third consecutive season.

The Hammers came from behind to claim a third League success on the road at newly-promoted Burnley five days ago and they will want to build on that performance and keep momentum going.

David Moyes’ side came from behind to win this fixture 3-1 back in September and if they were to claim a second victory over the Serbian outfit, it will boost their confidence going into the next set of Premier League matches.

Jarrod Bowen didn’t make the matchday squad for the encounter with Vincent Kompany’s men and the Irons’ boss stated in his pre-match news conference on Wednesday that the former Hull City winger hasn’t travelled to Serbia either, meaning it will be a straight fight between Danny Ings or Divin Mubama as to who makes the starting line-up.

Konstantinos Mavropanos, Saïd Benrahma, Maxwel Cornet, Pablo Fornals, Thilo Kehrer, Angelo Ogbonna, Aaron Cresswell and Łukasz Fabiański are other names that could all feature.

The match is a 5:45pm kick-off with live coverage being screened by TNT Sports from 5pm. The referee is Allard Lindhout.
