Daggers Pull Off Appiah-Forson Loan

The summer transfer window has now closed but one late deal that went through was the loan capture of youngster Keenan Appiah-Forson to Vanarama National League outfit Dagenham and Redbridge.

West Ham United confirmed the details of the deal earlier this morning but the move did beat 11pm deadline on Friday, as the relevant paperwork was submitted with time to spare.

Appiah-Forson moves to the Chigwell Construction Stadium on a season-long loan deal and joins Nathan Trott, Krisztián Hegyi, Freddie Potts and Kamarai Swyer to leave Stratford on temporary deals this summer.

The midfielder has made two senior appearances as a substitute for the Hammers and now heads off to gain more valuable first-team experience with the Daggers.
